As an affiliate, you will receive marketing materials, including visuals, videos, social media posts, email marketing sequences, and blog posts. You may use these materials or create your own.

​You are responsible for ensuring that your promotional materials are in compliance with the terms set forth in this agreement.

You are not authorized to present yourself as an employee, representative, or official partner of LHM Academia or Catherine B. Roy LLC.

You may only identify yourself as an affiliate of LHM Academia.

​You are prohibited from using LHM Academia's logo, Catherine B. Roy’s brand, or any intellectual property owned by LHM Academia in your own branding.

Each campaign will be associated with a unique affiliate link that is tied to your account. You will have access to a dashboard where you can track traffic, sales, and commissions in real-time.

You can choose to receive your commission payments via PayPal, Stripe, or direct bank transfer.

There is a $100 payout threshold; you must accumulate at least $100 in commissions before a payout is issued.

Payments will be processed 30 days after the product is sold.

​Your personal information, including payout details, will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, traded, or shared with third parties.

LHM Academia reserves the right to terminate your affiliate status at any time for any breach of these terms, including but not limited to misuse of branding, false representation, or violation of ethical marketing practices.
